Hello family and friends!

I am so excited about this summer! I will be working with Child Evangelism Fellowship again. This will be my 4^th year as a summer missionary. I will have the opportunity to share the gospel by teaching Bible lessons, memory verses, missionary stories, and lead children to the Lord!

I accepted Jesus as my Savior on July 14, 2019. My brother Andrew led me to the Lord when he was a summer missionary with CEF himself. He helped lead me to the Lord one Sunday at church. Since that day, I wanted others to come to know Jesus too. I am very happy to share God’s word and love with children in our communities! This summer I will be able to tell kids about Jesus again through the 5-Day Club. A 5DC is a vacation bible school on the road. We will go to trailer courts, fairs, campgrounds, and more. One of my favorite memories from last summer was at a trailer court when I got to help lead a 8-year-old boy to the Lord. You could see the joy and hope he had after believing in Jesus and he wanted to tell everyone there.

As you know, ministry does cost money so I am asking my friends and family to support me in the work I will be doing with CEF this summer. Philippians 4:16-17 says, “For even in Thessalonica ye sent once and again unto my necessity. Not because I desire a gift: but I desire fruit that may abound to your account.” Many people are not able to go out and share the gospel like I will be doing this summer, but that does not mean you can’t play an important part in this ministry. Ministry is not possible without the financial and prayer support of people like you. I appreciate any support and all the prayers given on behalf of me and my team.

We ask you to prayerfully support our Summer Missions' Outreach! 

Every year our chapter conducts a summer missions' outreach here in North Central Indiana. Our mission is to reach the lost children in our Jerusalem and Samaria as commanded by the Lord Jesus. The summer begins with Christian Youth in Action^® (CYIA™). CYIA is a specialized one-week training for teens and young adults. Those who attend learn how to teach Bible lessons, Missionary lessons, scripture memory verses, prayer time, and more. The training equips our summer missionaries on how to lead a productive 5-Day Club^® ministry.

After training, the teens will come back to our local chapter and work in local 5-Day Clubs to share God's Love to the children. A 5-Day Club is an exciting 2-hour club that meets consecutively for 5 days. Club components include: dynamic Bible lessons, real life Missionary stories, life-changing scripture memorization, relationship building activities, interactive games, God centered prayer time, and worship songs.

The summer missionaries will also work alongside us in the county fairs to share the Gospel message to the fair visitors.

This is an exciting program that helps to equip teens to share their faith and gives them opportunities throughout the summer to do so. Many of our teens begin at the age of 12 and continue with us until they go into college. We ask that you prayerfully support this work to help us reach the children of North Central Indiana and to help equip the next generation to be the hands and feet of Christ until He returns.
