Dear friends and family,
My name is Grace Edmondson, and I have been invited to participate in a summer mission’s outreach this summer through Child Evangelism Fellowship. To participate, I will be attending Christian Youth in Action. CYIA is a program designed to train teens on how to effectively share the gospel with children.
Matthew 28 says “go and make disciples” and I want to show kids Jesus Christ. The North Central Indiana CEF director, Crystal King, came to my youth group 3 years ago and shared this opportunity with me. I wanted to go but my parents said no because of transportation. This year, the North Central Indiana ministry coordinator, Kaili King, came and shared again. Now that I have my license, I am able to go. I want to get better at evangelism and believe this will help me do that.
At CYIA I will be taught how to be an evangelist to children. I will learn how to teach Bible lessons, memory verses, songs, and more. Then I will get to teach in 5-Day Clubs across six counties. I will also teach the gospel at the 4-H county fairgrounds.
This mission's outreach and training does cost money. Any money raised covers gas, materials needed, uniforms, training, and other mission expenses. I would like to ask if you would help support me financially and in prayers to help cover the expenses. Please pray for me while I train and go out to new places.
